As the Managing Partner of DNTW Toronto LLP, Gerry sets the vision and direction of the firm, spearheading its expansion and business development. Responsible for building a boutique firm of specialized CPA’s, he advises both private and public companies on their acquisition, divestiture and tax strategies. Receiving his CPA, CA designation in 1985, Gerry brings 34 years of experience in managing his wide range of clients.
Gerry has extensive experience in a broad range of sectors and mandates. In his Assurance and Advisory role, Gerry serves clients from many private and regulatory sectors including Investment dealers, Mutual funds, EMD’s and professionals including medical and legal.
Gerry also heads up the public and private audit practice of DNTW specializing in small to medium size companies listed on all stock exchanges or companies registered with provincial securities commissions.
Gerry is known by his clients to think out of the box, and spends a significant amount of time assisting clients with income tax plans, corporate reorganizations, asset protection management, and general business advice.
In addition to his accounting and finance experience, he holds and has held Senior Officer and Director positions in several companies that are listed on various stock exchanges.
