Marlene heads up the small business department of DNTW bringing her vast knowledge and skills to bear on all assignments. She specializes in owner-managed businesses whether they are incorporated or self- employed. Marlene is proactive with all her clients ensuring tax compliance, from the simple HST filing to the more difficult SR&ED filing with Canada Revenue Agency.
Marlene started her career as a co-op student 18 years ago working for a medium size CPA firm, and has gained the hands on knowledge from the ground floor up.
Marlene provides tax advice to individuals, owner-managed business and has extensive experience with corporate tax planning and estate and succession planning.
